Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 September 2026
This policy explains what information Korto collects through this website, korto.in, and how we use and store it. It covers the marketing site only. If you use the Korto application at app.korto.in, the in-app terms and privacy notices apply there.
What we collect
The website does not require an account and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We collect information in three situations:
- When you submit the enquiry form. We collect the details you enter — your academy name, your name, phone number, and optionally your email, the sports you run and a message — along with the marketing source that brought you to the page (UTM parameters) and your browser’s user-agent string.
- Basic technical data. To protect the form from abuse, our server derives a one-way hashed value from your network address at the moment of submission. We do not store your raw IP address.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — which pages are visited and where visitors arrive from. This sets an analytics cookie and processes your visit with your IP address anonymised. It is not used for advertising, and we do not use it to identify you personally. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, analytics does not load.
How we use it
- To contact you about Korto, in response to your enquiry, using the details you provided.
- To size a plan for your academy and answer your questions.
- To keep the form working and prevent spam and automated abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiry submissions are stored in our own Supabase (PostgreSQL) database, reachable only through a controlled server-side function. The data is not publicly readable. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards, then remove them.
Your choices
Providing your details is voluntary. If you’d like us to stop contacting you, or to access or delete the details you submitted, let us know through the enquiry form and we’ll act on it. We currently handle these requests through the form rather than a published email address. To opt out of analytics, turn on your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting or block cookies for this site.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and site evolve. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
